2016 was a big year for Aaron, looking back at it, 94 Tracks (With Snippets) have been released and Aaron performed at Coachella to 17,000 people, Lollapalooza, his Immersion Tour, Reaction NYE in Rosemont, Illinois, New York, Burning Man in Nevada, MeanRed SHIFT in Detroit, his Forward Thinkers Workshop, Ultra South Africa and more.

One of the highlights off last year is his Yellow EP with 47 tracks (Officialy). Mr. Carmack hosted a pop-up shop in L.A. to release his new line of Merchandise and the Yellow EP handing them out on USB’s to people. Along with this came a playlist titled ‘Yellow EP’, which contained 47 Tracks plus some mashups and his friends music on it. The fun really begins when once you download it, the epic sub folder messages begin!

The best tunes from the Yellow EP are the Mr. Carmack Remixes of Kaaris’ ‘Chargé’, 40Love’s ‘Tiki Tiki’, Grandmaster Flash’s ‘The Message’, Missy Elliott’s ‘Get Ur Freak On’ and Ol' Dirty Bastard’s ‘Shimmy Shimmy Ya’. Other highlights include Mr. Carmack’s ‘Abby’, ‘For Kendrick’, ‘Fucked Up’, ‘Global’, ‘Hello’, ‘Faults’, ‘Rocking My Nikes’, ‘TS Vol. 56’, ‘Unfocused’ and GoldLink’s ‘Freak’.

Then there is the ‘Rekindling EP’. Mr. Carmack and Djemba Djemba put together a nine-track EP called ‘Rekindling’, and 100 percent of the proceeds supported the #NODAPL protest effort with more than $8,000 so far with tracks like ‘Biotruth’ and ‘Low End Theory L.A.’ And of course one of the best tunes this year is his Remix to Otis Redding’s ‘Try A Little Tenderness’, then there is Elijah Blake’s ‘Blueberry Vapors’ Project with the single ‘Abide’, Towkio’s single Gang With Me, Adam Vida’s ‘I'm Juiced’, and the Jarreau Vandal collaboration ‘James Joint’ just to name a few, check out the list of Mr. Carmack 2016 Tracks below and please let me know what your favourite track is.
